OFFICIAL: Real Madrid's appeal regarding Huijsen's yellow card is dismissed

 La Liga Matchday 12 saw Real Madrid draw 0-0 away to Rayo Vallecano. In the 35th minute, Huijsen tackled Álvaro García on the flank, causing the latter to fall to the ground in pain. The referee promptly showed Heisen a yellow card.

Slow-motion replays revealed that Heisen had indeed not made contact with the ball. The opposing player had executed a protective jump in advance, and there was minimal physical contact between the two players.
